The Gasser Foundation Buys VOICES Napa a Permanent Home
Much like former foster youth, we don't need to worry about finding a permanent home. Thanks to the Gasser Foundation, VOICES is settling into a new location on Lincoln Avenue with the security of knowing that there will never be another move. Through their purchase, the Gasser Foundation has put a stake in the ground, saying that VOICES Napa is important, enduring and here to stay.

While VOICES staff and youth are thrilled to be in the new spacious digs, the Center needs work to become a place where former foster youth can thrive. Over the next year, VOICES will be leading "Community Builds" to upgrade the new building - involving not only staff and youth members, but also the community at large.

Our staff, youth members and over 50 volunteers have already begun work on the site, fueled by desire to build a great Center - all without compensation.

Who will you become? How will you get involved?
Your support of our new location is critical in providing resources and direction for former foster youth in Napa. Together, we can provide the rough materials and hardware that will lay the foundation for our new home. After installing nishing touches like paint and cabinetry, we’ll upgrade the kitchen to provide healthy and nutritious meals for youth to share together. With your help, the backyard will become a multi-faceted outdoor area including a children’s play area and a community garden. When we bring the community together, it guarantees VOICES continual employment of youth staff - providing the backbone and heartbeat to the daily work of the Center.
